why animals shouldnt be on public trainsport

if you cant read it it says To Miss Smith i think animals should not be allowed on public transport if they are big like this or aggressive because people might get bitten.

otherwise i think small and calm dogs could go on public transport and other animals. today ive been learning why animals should be allowed on public transport if you see any thing i could improve on tell me in the comments.
